I am a retired management consultant. I train regularly 4-5 days per week. I also have made a concerted effort to study the impact of lifestyle on overall health and to adopt some major lifestyle changes, which I will document here for the benefit of family, friends and others who might be interested. I try to balance my workouts between my two favorite activities, cycling and bodybuilding. In recent months, I have gotten back to more strength training/bodybuilding workouts after focusing most of my time on cycling. I will be 70 in March, 2012.
